This is Reiki Foundational Level, which explores the history of this ancient Japanese art of healing. It is a powerful first step to your own personal healing and growth. You learn the technique of giving a healing to yourself and others, and receive your Level 1 Certification which is recognised by the Reiki Federation of Ireland.
